These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 288pkr ("288pkr", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 288pkr.app and all associated services, products, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the 288pkr website, completing account registration, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or using any other feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Service following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

288pkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension, restriction, or closure and the forfeiture of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full functionality of the 288pkr platform, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a user account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one 288pkr account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether the same email address, payment method, device, or household is used — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 288pkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balance held in duplicate accounts pending investigation.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Changes to your email address, payment method, or other material account information must be updated promptly and may require re-verification.

288pkr reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole and absolute discretion without providing reasons for the refusal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 288pkr account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

288pkr will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 288pkr requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You must notify 288pkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. 288pkr will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials or have delayed notification of a suspected breach.

288pkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:

All funds deposited to your 288pkr account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming only. 288pkr is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on deposited funds. Deposits may not be used for any purpose other than participating in the 288pkr Service.

288pkr reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or impose limits on deposits at its sole discretion. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a payment method registered in your name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal of funds from your 288pkr account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method verification completed) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal (see Section 7);
• 288pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation as part of any withdrawal review;
• Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically within a few hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa and 1–2 business days for bank transfers, subject to volume and security review.

288pkr reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory enquiry.

288pkr may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, promotions, and other incentive programmes to registered users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless superseded by specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied before bonus funds or related winnings become eligible for withdrawal;
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible account, per household, and per payment method unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim a single offer or using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, related winnings, and may result in account closure;
• 288pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses have expiry dates; unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

The following general betting rules apply across the 288pkr sportsbook. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may apply in addition to these general rules:

• Bets are accepted only from logged-in, verified account holders with sufficient PKR balance;
• Once confirmed by the system, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user except where a cash-out function is available and exercised prior to settlement;
• 288pkr reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest error in odds (including pricing errors, technical faults, or incorrectly displayed markets), suspicious betting patterns, or confirmed match manipulation;
• In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the user's account balance;
• For cricket markets including PSL fixtures, international T20I, ODI and Test matches: specific rules regarding rain interruptions, abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application, and reduced-over formats are detailed in the sport-specific rules section of the platform;
• Maximum bet limits per market are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market, and account standing.

288pkr Casino offers live dealer games, RNG table games, slots, crash games, and game shows provided by third-party software suppliers. The following terms apply to casino gaming on the platform:

• All casino games have a theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage and house edge. These figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes;
• Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG software. Results are generated independently of any user action and cannot be influenced by the platform or the user;

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for normal human use;
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other users, whether at live casino tables or in any other context, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets on events where you have access to material non-public information (insider information);
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation;
• Charging back deposits via your payment provider after having used the funds to place bets.

288pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools to help users manage their gambling activity, all accessible from your Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately;
• Session Timers: Set a maximum session duration. The platform will alert you when your session timer is reached;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;

• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders of your session duration and total wagers placed during the session.

288pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or suspected;

• The account is subject to a regulatory or law enforcement enquiry;
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with 288pkr's dormant account policy;
• A responsible gaming self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms or fraud, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user via the original payment method after deduction of any applicable charges and after any pending investigations have concluded.

Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Users seeking to close their account for responsible gaming reasons will be directed to the self-exclusion tool, which takes effect more promptly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288pkr and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service or any part thereof;

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

All content, design, graphics, software, trademarks, logos, and other materials available on the 288pkr platform are the property of 288pkr or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The 288pkr name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of 288pkr and may not be used without written permission.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to seek resolution through appropriate dispute resolution procedures.

288pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 288pkr will endeavour to provide notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication.

Your continued use of the 288pkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure as set out in Section 12.
